Dr John Aquino
Dr. John Aquino, a graduate of University of Toronto Medical School has a dedicated interest in the discipline of men's health, and has extensive experience treating male sexual problems.
In 2015, Dr. Aquino, in conjunction with Ontario Men's Health, became one of the first providers to make Shock Wave Therapy for Erectile Dysfunction available to the general male population.
Dr. Aquino has been certified by examination by both the College of Family Practitioners of Canada and the American Board of Family Practice. Due to his commitment to lifelong learning, the College of Family Practitioners of Canada has conferred upon Dr. John Aquino the status of Fellow of the College (FCPC).
Dr. John Aquino is licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
After practicing for several years as a Consulting Associate with the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Duke University in North Carolina, Dr. John Aquino returned to practice in Ontario. Dr. John Aquino has been Principal Investigator in large international pharmaceutical trials relating to men’s sexual health. Dr. Aquino is a member of the International Society for Men’s Health and Gender, the International Society for Sexual Medicine, the Canadian Society for Study of the Aging Male, and the Canadian Urological Association.

Since 2002 Dr. John Aquino has devoted the majority of his practice time to the treatment of men’s health issues, with a specific interest in treating male sexual problems. Dr. Aquino has helped thousands of men to improve their personal relations, and to optimize their overall health.
Dr. John Aquino has a special interest in Low Intensity Shock Wave Therapy as a treatment for Erectile Dysfunction.
The Canadian Government and Health Canada have invited Dr. John Aquino to sit on an expert panel to review approvals for new medication relating to Men’s Health. Dr. Aquino has also been an Expert Contributor to the Ontario Government’s health related web site, HealthyOntario.com
